Here, O my Lord, I see thee face to face.

May the bonds of love, that call me to His side,

One in faith, and hope, and fear,
Let us for each other care,
Each the other burden bear,

With thy presence here to bless,
Free from all that hearts divide,
Let us thus in thee abide,
All the depths of love express,
All the heights of holiness.
